I decided not to go for my usual club run on Tuesday night. Craig had been saying that he never sees me anymore so I thought I'd take a night off and spent it in with him. But I should have spoken to him about it first because by the time he had got home from work he had arranged to meet his friend Simon. Typical! I had eaten too much then to run so spent the evening catching up with stuff at home.
Wednesday the new sofa arrived. Its smaller than the old one- which is probably a good thing because our living room is rather compact and bijous! We've donated the old one to friends who have less money/ taste than we do. Had they not wanted it I was going to put it on FreeCycle. A recycling website where you can post your old unwanted goods. Is there one in Aberdeenshire for your old sofa Dad?
Thursday I was in Exeter all day- up at 4.30am and home at 9.30pm. Long day but I still really enjoyed it. Phobias and panic disorder/agoraphobia this week. Handed in my essay too.
Friday has been uneventful apart from feeling like I'm coming down with a cold- probably caught from one of my patients who came in coughing and spluttering this week. Had agreed to pop round and see some friends tonight after work but have decided to go to bed early with a hot drink and a movie and try and ward it off!
Hope mum and dad enjoyed Stuart Maconie (that's assuming that dad managed to get mum away from that big TV!)
