All day Saturday I spent studying and writing my essay for uni. So on Sunday I studied in the morning but decided to have the afternoon off to go for a cycle with Siobhan. We weather was really great- mild and sunny and because of the clocks changing we lost track of time a bit and our 'quick cycle' ended up being about 3hrs (needless to say I can still feel the saddle in my backside this morning!) Craig and Mark had gone for a surf in the afternoon too. And we met them after at the Miners Arms pub in Mithian (where we took Dad, Mum and Ross for a beer when they visited). We sat beside the fire in the bar which was really nice.

On the way home though- the exhaust from the car fell off! I know..... Siobhan and Mark are a total jinx! The last time they got in the car we had the trouble with the battery! Mark's a mechanic so he and Craig are going to look at it today. Which leaves me to drive the hire car to work whilst the Beetle is getting fixed after someone drove into Craig. We are having no luck with cars recently!
