Good Friday

I don't really have much to say, but I thought I'd make another post on the blog today, now that I hear that Lucy has got a secret weapon in the blog competition- a visit from mummy. Lots of blog fodder....(God, she'll do anything...!)

The photo is one of the official race photo's from the weekend. I thought I'd add it because the post race photo (previously attached) didn't really capture how I felt when I was running. I think you can see the agony better in this one.

Today I'm off work...hooray! But have an essay to write. Boo :(
