In response to your blog Dad- I think for hols next year, Craig and I would probably fly from an airport down here. I had a really quick look on the net and it looks like there are direct flights from Exeter.

Good day for me today- I managed to swap one of my new surgeries for another one closer to home- so can now cycle to all of them (I've swapped one in Falmouth which I would have had to drive to, for one in Illogan, which is only a few miles down the road).

Bad day for Craig who found out that the residential unit he is working in might have to close. So we're on the job hunt again.

Despite the news of potential economic misfortune, we still went out for lunch with Craig's sister, Angela, who arrived last night. We ate at Schooners in St Agnes (the cafe on the beach front where mum, dad and I ate sandwiches lined in a row looking out over the beach). The food was good. Craig went wild and ordered something totally out of the ordinary for him (he had a pizza- I did too) whereas his sister had..... a burger! Yes, it must run in the family! Actually, the burger looked really good and Craig and I eyed it up jealousy. That'll be the last time he orders something out of ordinary for him!

Tonight, Craig is working 5 til late so Angela and I are going to the movies to watch the new Coen brothers movie (do you remember O Brother Where Art Thou...? and did they do There's Something About Mary?). Brad Pitt, George Clooney et al are also in it too. Full review once I've watched it.
