Driftwood Spars

Craig and I went out on a mission last night to check out a potential new running route. The route itself wasn't any use (too busy with cars) but we had a beer at the Driftwood Spars pub after. For Dad's benefit- Craig had a pint of Tribute before he realised that there was Betty Stoggs and I had a Carlsberg (I know- I'm a beer let down!).

Craig went and picked up our first organic veg box from a local farm today. £6.50 for a medium box- eggs, tatties, carrots, cauliflower, neeps, onions and some unidentified green curly leaf stuff. The veg was all dirty. I think we'll complain the next time. Where's my plastic bag and little polysterene tray?!

Craig has also been feeling adventurous and made his first apple crumble yesterday. See picture. Yum. I wonder how much further I need to run to burn off the calories of a big bowl of crumble with custard????

Oh, and Snoop's been in a fight. He's got a cut on his ear : (
