I see now that mum is away, dad has upped the pace with the blogging...! So I thought I'd make another addition to mine. Does it count if I post the same info across several different posts...?
I have the day off tomorrow as uni has been rescheduled, so I'm looking forward to getting on with my essay. I might even go for a longer run through the day- depending on the weather. If not, I'll just go to the track in the evening as usual.
Coming back from running last night I got a call from Chris who is the cox from the Gig Rowing Club. Someone from the Ladies B team has pulled out of the team for the Isles of Scilly World Championships in May at the last minute. They've asked whether I wanted to put my name forward for consideration by 'the selectors' for the place!! I've said yes- although I don't think I'll really have a chance considering that I can't really row yet. But, how funny if I did get the place. The benefits of being with one of the smallest rowing teams in Cornwall. They must be so desperate! I'll keep you posted.
Craig's working tonight so I'm writing my essay. Although I heard on the radio that The Apprentice starts again tonight so I might make an exception from my TV ban to watch it.
