Bank Holiday Monday

Had my coastal run this am with Bof. And despite not having trained properly for ages, I think I did not too bad. We ran along the coastal path from St Agnes to Perranporth and back. In total, only about 8 miles or so, but with the undulating nature of the pathway it takes a lot longer than it would on road. We were out for about 2hrs. I really enjoyed it though- the weather was hot and sunny with a slight breeze- perfect!

I got home and spent the rest of the afternoon tackling the house. I'm not that house proud at the best of times, but with all the extra hours I've been doing, the housework has been lower on my list of priorities. But I made a bit of an inroad into it today, so I'm feeling a bit better about it.

I also spent some time with my feet up reading Eric Clapton's autibiography (thanks Dad). I'm enjoying it, but he certainly doesn't paint himself very favourably! I've agreed to do a book exchange with Bof. She's keen to read Bear Grylls book of mine, and in exchange, she's going to lend me a book by Sir Ranulf Fiennes.

Got some photos of the wedding last weekend, but am struggling to get them to atach to post. Will try again later this week.

Hope you are all well.
K xx
