I had an exposure session with a client yesterday (ie face your fears). She has a fear of small, dark rooms, so we went to the cinema! It was great. I got to see the new animated movie Wall.E, which was very good. I probably wouldn't have chosen to see it, but liked it very much. Graphics were good and it was quite funy in places. Dark Knight is next (although with Craig this time!).

Attended the induction training day for my new post at work today. I found out that in September I will be working in Redruth. This is just on a temporary basis and when the course starts in October I will be moved to another practice (s). But for one whole month that means I can cycle to and from work, rather than drive. Im psyched- can't wait! I might buy a new cycle seat though to save any chaffing/sores! Talking of which, has any one been watching the tv show about the Scottish guy cycled around the world? Mental. (Does anyone fancy doing that for the 60/30 birthday bash!!? No? Me neither. I just wondered if you did...)

Im working both Saturday and Sunday all day at the shop, as punishment for having a WHOLE weekend off last week and enjoying myself. But it is a Bank Holiday down here on Monday, so I've arranged to do a long (ish) coastal run with Bof. Looking forward to it.
