I managed to get out in the lovely weather we've been having this week for a short walk/jog. I managed about 4.5miles but walked a fair bit. I've just got no energy or puff from this cold I've had all week. Craig was in denial abut getting the cold, despite experiencing lots of the symptoms and boldly went out for a surf this morning. However, he's returned this afternoon with a really sore head and constantly runny nose and cough. Now he's consigned to the bed, I've been relegated to the sofa in the living room. Its all go here. Hopefully we'll recover to see some of the good weather before it changes again.
