I have finally got some communication back from them. Nothing exciting, but at least they're talking. Someone from the relocation department emailed this am and asked whether I would be willing for them to pass out my details to other parts of Queensland (I had originally said only Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast as preferred relocation options). Apparently, there have been no jobs come up in my preferred locations. I've said yes, but with the stipulation that a) it must be coastal and not regional and b) it can't be too far north as the Great Barrier Reef would stop the wee Scottish man from surfing.

So I guess we'll see if anything comes from this.....
